What services do you provide?

We specialize in
Renovations, remodels and new construction such as kitchen and bathroom renovation and remodeling, as well as other interior and exterior spaces including custom cabinetry and built-ins.
Home improvements such as decks, siding, roofing and gutters, window, doors and drywall, flooring and trim.
Painting interior and exterior as well as specialty painting services such as window pane replacement, glazing, commercial caulking, high gloss finishing and concrete staining.
Commercial snow removal and ice management.

What is your service area?

We offer full interior and exterior renovations and new construction throughout Columbia County, Dutchess County, Greene County and the Capital Region of New York.

Will you take care of any permits that are required?

We will be responsible for obtaining building permits for each project. The cost of the permit will be included in the price quote, and we will pay the cost of obtaining the permit.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with liability and workers’ compensation.

Do you have past client referrals?

Yes, references will be provided upon request.

What are your rates?

Every project is different, so we do not have a set price list. However, we are happy to provide a free quote for any project. We begin the quote process by reviewing with you the work that needs doing and your specific timeframe for completion. Once we have a clear idea of the scope of the project, we will provide a written proposal for the requested work. Please allow two weeks for completion of the quote.

How long is your estimate good for?

Our estimates are valid for 30 days.

How soon can you start?

Our availability varies from season to season. However, we will provide an estimated start date during the initial review process. Then, upon receipt of the signed contract, we will provide a specific start date.

How does payment work?

We require prepayment to start and then smaller payments at the completion of certain project milestones that will be spelled out clearly in the contract. The final payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. If within one (1) year, or such other period set forth in the contract documents, any part of the project or workmanship is found defective or not in compliance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall promptly correct, repair or replace such part of the project or workmanship.
